Vacant position: Front Office Porter
Responsibilities:
1. Handling of parcels.
2. Upkeep in terms of cleanliness of the front office
3. Luggage handling and storage
4. Greetings and welcoming of guests
5. Rooming a guest
6. Booking of activities
Educational Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Must have at least five credits in GCE/NECO/WAEC in not more than two (2) sittings with 3-5 years working experience.
- Must deal with customers politely.
- Must be dressed neatly.
- Integrity, honesty and accountability in all dealings.
- Good in Opera I/T Application (An added advantage).
- Must have excellent computer knowledge especially in excel, word and PowerPoint applications.
- Must have basic computer awareness.
- Must have excellent inter personal and people skills.
Reporting
He/She will report to our Front Office Manager.
