Gaming Technician in an international hospitality and gaming company in Nigeria 2013

Position: Gaming Technician (GT 001)
Job Summary:
To conduct technical tasks in the slots department and to ensure that the high tech slots equipment are installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications

Qualification and Experience Required:
  • Minimum HND, B.Eng in Computer Engineering or Physics Electronics
  • Experience in electronics repairs, installations and maintenance.
  • Candidates must be able to understand, analyze and fault find circuit boards and must have a good knowledge of electronic components and their applications.
  • Candidates must have a good understanding of electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair gaming equipment.
  • Perform checks and do preventative maintenance on all gaming equipment.
  • Repair and maintain Bill validators as per acceptance and fault report.
  • Repair and maintain Grips card readers as per acceptance and fault report
  • Maintain and abide to the Health and Safety rules regulations.
  • Installations of new machines.
  • Provide assistance in the running of the floor by taking up floor calls responsibilities
